Terms & Conditions 25/26 – Styling, VM & Activations

PAYMENT TERMS

Upon acceptance of this quote, we request that this proposal be signed and dated by the Purchaser, one copy to be retained by each interested party. Upon signing, this proposal shall evidence the Terms and Conditions of the Contract as between the Purchaser and The Prop House Collective.

If confirmation is within thirty (30) days of the installation date an invoice for the full amount will be sent. Payment should be made within fourteen (14) days or seven days (7) prior to your install, whichever is sooner.

If confirmation is more than thirty (30) days prior to the installation date, then a 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm this order and/or the installation thereof. Once the Terms & Conditions have been signed an invoice for the deposit will be sent and payment is to be made fourteen (14) days to confirm order/proposal. The balance of the total contractual price (less deposit paid) will be sent out thirty (30) days prior to your install date and is to be paid within fourteen (14) days.

Please note that payment in FULL is required to ensure your install can proceed. Failure to pay the within the aforementioned timeframes may result in the delay and/or cancellation of this order. Credit card details are to be provided as guarantee of outstanding amounts following the installation.

TERMS OF PROPERTY

Property of goods, the subject of this proposal, shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery and/or installation of the goods in a deliverable state in accordance with the terms of this proposal.

Property specified in this proposal as “Hire” goods remain property of The Prop House Collective (TPHC) at all times. In the event of any loss of, or damage caused to items specified as “Hire” items within this proposal, the Purchaser will be additionally invoiced for the actual cost to replace or, at the sole choice of TPHC, repair the equipment “Hire” items irrespective of the age or condition of the item at the current replacement cost. Any linen returned wet, mildewed or damaged will incur full current replacement costs.

The Prop House Collective shall maintain insurance until TPHC has completed the handover of installation. The Purchaser shall be responsible for all loss and/or damage to goods and any loss and/or damage to other property or persons whatever cause after delivery and or installation of the goods as aforesaid and shall keep TPHC indemnified against all claims, demands or suits that may be brought against it by any third party as a result of any damage or loss.

The Prop House Collective will regain the responsibility of goods once collected and/or dismantled on the completion of each project.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling after the proposal has been formally confirmed/signed off (but before any preparation) will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancelling within 48 hours of a scheduled installation and/or supply date will result in a cancellation fee being charged. This fee includes all product as outlined within the original proposal (see below). Please note that a % of all installation, dismantle and delivery costs may be charged determined by the time of year of the said project. This % will be determined by TPHC.

Cancelling custom made elements: such as constructed trade show stands or props after receipt of a signed terms and conditions will incur a cancellation fee being 100% of the total cost as outlined in the proposal.

The Purchaser shall be responsible for all loss and/or damage to goods and any loss and/or damage to other property or persons whatever cause after delivery and or installation of the goods as aforesaid and shall keep The Prop House Collective indemnified against all claims, demands or suits that may be brought against it by any third party as a result of any damage or loss.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our busy schedule for Christmas cancelling this project within 5 working days of a scheduled installation and/or supply date will result in 100% cancellation fee being charged. This fee includes all product as outlined within the original proposal (see below), installation, dismantle, equipment hire and delivery costs.

Cancelling outside of the 5 day period will incur up to 50% of the proposed fees (determined by the level of preparation that has gone into the project).

Cancelling after the proposal has been formally confirmed/signed off (but before any preparation) will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancelling custom made elements: such as constructed lit and decorated foliage or props after receipt of a signed terms and conditions will incur a cancellation fee being 100% of the total cost of these elements as outlined in the proposal.

Terms & Conditions 25/26 – Christmas Hire to Buy

 

PAYMENT TERMS- PER YEAR OVER 3 YEAR CONTRACT

Upon acceptance of this quote, we request that this proposal be signed and dated by the Purchaser, one copy to be retained by each interested party. Upon signing, this proposal shall evidence the Terms and Conditions of the 3 year ‘Hire to Purchase’ contract as between the Purchaser and The Prop House Collective.

If confirmation is within thirty (30) days of the installation date an invoice for the full amount will be sent. Payment should be made within fourteen (14) days or seven days (7) prior to your install, whichever is sooner.

If confirmation is more than thirty (30) days prior to the installation date, then a 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm this order and/or the installation thereof. Once the Terms & Conditions have been signed an invoice for the deposit will be sent and payment is to be made fourteen (14) days to confirm order/proposal. The balance of the yearly contractual price (less deposit paid) will be sent out thirty (30) days prior to your install date and is to be paid within fourteen (14) days.

Please note that payment in FULL is required to ensure your install can proceed each year. Failure to pay the within the aforementioned timeframes may result in the delay and/or cancellation of this order. Credit card details are to be provided as guarantee of outstanding amounts following the installation.

TERMS OF PROPERTY

Property specified in this proposal as “Hire” goods remain property of The Prop House Collective (TPHC) at all times up until the installation of elements on the 3rd year of this contract.

In the event of any loss of, or damage caused to items specified as “Hire” items within this proposal, the Purchaser will be additionally invoiced for the actual cost to replace or, at the sole choice of TPHC, repair the equipment “Hire” items irrespective of the age or condition of the item at the current replacement cost.

The Prop House Collective shall maintain insurance until TPHC has completed the handover of goods (delivery/installation) as specified in the Hire Agreement (per year). The Purchaser shall be responsible for all loss and/or damage to goods and any loss and/or damage to other property or persons whatever cause after delivery and/or installation of the goods as aforesaid and shall keep TPHC indemnified against all claims, demands or suits that may be brought against it by any third party as a result of any damage or loss.

The Prop House Collective will regain the responsibility of goods once returned and/or dismantled on the completion of each hire period, excepting year 3 of this contract (see below). Property of goods, the subject of this proposal, shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery and/or installation of the goods on the 3rd year of the contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY
